TestFish provides dashboards and export capabilities to help you monitor test execution and share data with stakeholders.

Real-Time Dashboards​

The project overview dashboard provides live metrics and visualizations:

  • Execution Analytics – Activity heatmap showing execution frequency over time, line chart showing pass/fail/blocked/skipped outcome trends, and pass ratio visualization with total execution counts.
  • Test Run Coverage – Active vs. completed run counts with current status distribution.
  • Defect Posture – Breakdown by severity and workflow state, highlighting blocking issues.
  • Requirement Progress – Outstanding work grouped by requirement form/type and workflow state.

Export Options​

Export test cases for external analysis or reporting:

  • CSV export – Export test cases to CSV format for analysis in Excel or other tools.
  • PDF export – Generate formatted PDF reports of test cases suitable for stakeholders and compliance documentation.

To export test cases, go to Repository → Export and choose your preferred format.

Best Practices​

  • Use dashboards for daily monitoring and quick status checks.
  • Export test cases regularly for release readiness reviews and stakeholder updates.
